Tri Luma is manufactured by Galderma and combines three active ingredients (fluocinolone acetonide 0.01%,  hydroquinone 4%, tretinoin 0.05%). TriLuma is effective for the  treatment of brown spots, age spots, freckles, and sun damaged skin.
