Payment Options:

echeck – clears in 1 to 7 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays). If you email us a screenshot of the cleared echeck we can ship before we are notified that it has cleared.
Postal Money Order – clears instantly upon receipt of payment
Money Order – clears in 1 to 7 business days after receipt of payment
Bank Check – clears in 1 to 7 business days after receipt of payment
Cashiers Check – clears in 1 to 7 business days after receipt of payment
Personal Check – clears in 1 to 7 business days after receipt of payment

Shipping:

Packages are shipped daily Monday thru Friday by the United States Postal Service.

USA orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service 1st Class Mail = $5.00 for quantity of one - includes delivery confirmation. We can not be held responsible for lost packages if package is scanned as delivered.

*Signature confirmation can be requested for no additional fee.
*Insurance can be requested, fees will apply. Contact us for details.
*We can not be held responsible for packages lost or damaged by USPS. If the optional insurance was purchased contact the post office and file a claim.

Returns:

We supply quality skin care products which achieve excellent results for the majority of the population.

Returns are accepted for a full refund minus shipping if the product is still sealed in the condition shipped. Buyer pays return shipping fee. We do not refund used product. Shipping charges are not refundable. Product must be returned in the condition it was shipped and packaged in a crush proof box or the packaging it was shipped in, not in an envelope or padded envelope to prevent damage upon return shipping. Returns must be made within 14 days from receipt of product. If all of the above conditions are met contact us for return details.
